Find Answers To All Your Questions

Is this tablet good for work and professional use?

Absolutely! The Tough ProjectX Tablet is ideal for sailors, construction workers, field engineers, outdoor adventurers, and warehouse staff due to its rugged design, large battery, and fast performance.

What is the warranty on ProjectX Tablets?

Our standard warranty is 12 months from the supplier—smooth sailing!

Just a heads-up: since this tablet is weatherproof, it has special port covers (USB-C, 4G SIM, and SD slot). If water sneaks in because they weren’t sealed properly, that’s not covered by warranty. So please keep those covers snug if you're braving the high seas (or a stormy coffee spill)! 🌊📱

Can the tablet survive drops and impacts?

Yes, it is MIL-STD-810H certified, ensuring it can withstand drops from 1 meter onto concrete and handle extreme environments.

Is the Tough ProjectX Tablet waterproof?

Yes, it is IP68 & IP69K rated, meaning it is fully waterproof and can withstand water immersion up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes.
